The Native Barre Method is a set of exercises that works every muscle group in the body A 75 minute class includes a series of isometric, lateral and compound movements using a ballet bar, light weights and a ball. Deep lengthening stretches are incorporated throughout the class to create a long, lean, sculpted body that is not only aesthetically pleasing but strong and powerful.
The Native Barre Method is designed to be gentle on the joints making it appealing to all ages and levels of ability. Hightly skilled instructors are trained to provide modifications for every situation, creating a safe environment for clients to reach individual goals in a group setting. The Native Barre Method is set to an innovative and modern playlist of music that inspires and motivates each individual throughout the exercise. While there is an intentional method in place, you will never take the same class twice.

Native Stretch is a 75 minute Yin Yoga based stretching class. It is a very relaxing, pleasant and enjoyable class to try. It is the perfect class for
those who have never exercised or those who want a nice place to begin exercising again. It is also a very important class for those who are
already very active. The deep and healing stretches create a perfect
balance in the body.
So often we dedicate ourselves to lean muscle building and cardio based exercise while neglecting to spend time properly stretching. At Native
Barre, we believe there needs to be an EQUAL amount of time spent
stretching and strengthening your joints, ligaments, bones and mind. This requires that we spend time in our stretches. There isn't a quick fix
approach to true flexibility! Without a strong foundation we lack the true-strength in which to build our house and in turn run the risk of having
our bodies break down or become injured.
This class will calm and balance your mind, it will give you a renewed
sense of energy, increase mobility in your joints, give you flexibility and
increase your range of motion. It will help you relieve stress, anxiety and release your tight hips and shoulders.
