OUR STORY

Our method was created out of necessity in 2010. We proudly list that it builds a strong core, creates long and lean muscles, lifts your seat, increases your flexibility, and improves your posture... but off the record, the true reason why we love Native Barre is that it's an amazing exercise that's made for people who hate having to work out and love having fun!

 

Every day holds new and exciting classes taught by motivating and passionate instructors that play heart-racing music and push you to bite your buns, shrink your waist, and burn your thighs into a better, healthier, and stronger you.
